Important Shipping Terms

When shipping to or from NSPE, whether using NSPE's courier of choice or your own, NSPE regrets to inform you, that the courier people, regardless of the company such as RAM, Courier Guy, etc. Do not accept any Liability for Services in respect of second hand goods. Only brand new items in original packaging with fragile stickers will be covered for any damage per declared value at the time of creating the shipping order. Any damage incurred during delivery and not prior declared in value of the brand new item, will not be covered. No second hand item whatsoever will be covered for damages. Please refer to the revelent courier company's website for their terms and conditions.

NSPE, while it is NSPE's best intention to protect and look after our client's items submitted for servicing, we cannot and will not be held libale for any and all damage of items sent and held by NSPE for diagnostics, repairs, etc and shipped back to the client. Sole liability remains upon the client at all times, per NSPE's Terms and Conditions.

Grant us access when we connect

Watch us remotely fix your issue.

At anytime you wish to disconnect, you can do so.
